Youth development is an important factor in all of our communities. We at BSi understand this importance and have partnered with the following programs to help facilitate the growth in the community. These resources can tailor their programs to meet your needs.
In partnership with G.R.I.P. (Girls Receiving Insight on Priority) and G.E.N.T.S. (Groomed, Empowered and Nurtured to Succeed). BSi assists with mentoring teenage boy and girls who are looking for additional direction in career counseling and resume building. Our program focuses of how to present yourself to prospective clients and advising on chosen career objectives.

ProgressU has also partnered with BSi in creating and developing Academic Olympics for elementary to high schools students.
The Academic Olympics give children the opportunity to participate in an educational based competition in a fun and exciting format that is an innovative and unique mix of Computer Technology, Math, Reading, Comprehension (Comparisons/ Classifications), Biology (Life Cycles), Spelling, History, Geography, Community Knowledge and political questions along with interactive physical games and activities intermittently positioned throughout the competition.
It is a Community Development project that showcases to the community, local students accomplishing positive things in the name of education.
